Five common problems and processing methods of frozen dryers

Question 1: How about the unstable voltage of the frozen dryer power supply?

Generally, the working power supply voltage of the frozen dryer is 225 volts. Once the range is higher than or lower than the voltage allowed range, the frozen dryer compressor cannot work normally. In severe cases, it will affect the operation of the equipment and not even operate.

Solution: When we encounter unstable voltage, we will check the specific situation. When the power supply voltage is not qualified, it will replace the qualified power supply supply; when the power supply voltage is unstable, we can use AVR (220V) or in the original original Add a regulator to the working power supply.

Question 2: What should I do if the indoor temperature is too high?

The frozen dried machine needs to be operated in a suitable environment. When the indoor temperature is higher than 30 ° C, our condenser may not be able to condense, and then cause the system to fail.

Solution: If the indoor temperature is around 28 ° C, the user can open the back door of the condenser or open the room door to optimize the ventilation and cooling conditions.

Question 3: What should I do if the indoor temperature is lower than 0 ° C?

The frozen dried machine needs to be operated in a suitable environment. The indoor temperature is too low and it is not suitable for the running dryer. If the indoor temperature is lower than 9 ° C, the compressor oil of the frozen dryer will become sticky, which will easily affect the normal operation of the compressor. In addition, when the temperature is too low, the electronic components of the frozen dryer may also be affected.

Solution: When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ° C, you can use other auxiliary heating equipment to heat up the ambient temperature, such as turning on the air conditioner, heater, etc., and try to keep the temperature above 5 ° C.

Question 4: How to deal with too much dust in the environment?

If there are many dust covering the frozen -dryer condenser and compressor, it is easy to make the condenser unable to achieve the condensation effect, which directly affects the effect of the compressor.

Solution: If there are too many dust in the environment, we need to regularly remove the dust covering the compressor and condenser every month. In order to avoid the device from being damaged when cleaning, we can use a soft brush to remove the compressor, condenser and dust on the pipeline.

Question 5: What should I do if the environmental humidity is too high?

When the hipping environment in the running environment of the frozen dryer is high, it is also easier to cause electrical failure or short circuit.

Solution: Use ventilation equipment (such as: dehumidifier, dehumidifier, etc.) or open windows to ventilate to reduce indoor humidity.
